Welcome to the Austin Stone knowledge base

Welcome! This article will give you a quick overview of our new knowledge base, and show you a few things to use and look out for.

The first thing to look out for in longer articles is the IN THIS ARTICLE section. These are helpful bookmarks to quickly jump down to the content you need. You'll find them at the top of most long articles.

Searching is your best resource

Looking for something, and need it fast? Search is the fastest, easiest way to find what you're looking for. Each article is optimized to help you find exactly what you're looking for. You can find the search bar on the home page, as well as on the left sidebar on every single page.

But categories are helpful too

While searching is the fastest way to find something you're looking for, browsing through the categories can be helpful too if you're just looking for more information. Articles are grouped by collections (e.g. All Staff & Residents, Resources), with categories within each collection.

Keep an eye out for related articles

In most articles, you'll see a Related Articles section at the very bottom. These are hand-selected to suggest other articles that may be helpful, too.

Callout boxes are important!

This is a yellow callout

You'll see these when there are notes or particular things that an article is highlighting.

This is a red callout

These are warnings or cautions that are really important for you to pay extra attention to!

File attachments

If you see this blue box, there's important files there for you to view or download.

Can't find something?

Chances are, a day will come when you can't locate something you're looking for. If so, please use the Contact Us link on the bottom of every page (also in the top navigation), and we'll get back to you asap. This will help us create new articles as well!
