How to Get Technology Help at the Austin Stone

IT support for staff members of The Austin Stone has moved to the new IT Help Portal at https://austinstone.org/ithelp.


To use the Technology Help Portal you must create a customer account in the portal. When you navigate to austinstone.org/ithelp for the first time, you will see a login prompt like below. Click the “Sign up” link in the prompt.

Enter your email your email and click the “Send email” button.


You will then receive an email with instructions to complete signing up for the account. If you have issues with this, please reach out to the Technology Team in the #help-technology channel in Slack.
