How To: Reserve The Studio

Approved Users

Staff members and residents that have gone through the official training process are allowed to reserve and use The Studio. Please book The Studio using the Google Calendar's reservation system online like you would any of our conference rooms. 

NOTE: Make sure to reserve enough time to record and EDIT your video or podcast.

Individuals who have not taken the training course are not allowed to use The Studio. Trainings will be held regularly throughout the year. Please email Steven Bush for details about the next training session.

Not An Approved Studio User? 

Don't worry at all! There are over sixty people on staff trained to use the studio. Check out this roster and see if you know someone who can help you.
