FAQ: What To Do When You Move

You've moved!  Congratulations on your new home!

In order to keep your records up to date, complete the tasks below:

1) Log onto the following sites and update your address:

• UKG - Myself - Personal - Name, Address, and Telephone (link on right side)
• Church Community Builder (CCB) - Contact your congregation leadership, they will update the address.

2) If you have benefits with The Austin Stone, log onto the following sites and update your address:

• Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) - Menu - Membership - Participation Details - Change Details (Note: Keep the Participation Level as "Gold + CHM Plus")
• MyGuidestone (Retirement Plan) - My Profile
• Denise will be notified when you update your address in UKG and she will update your address with EBC, MetLife Dental, Davis Vision, and EGP.
