How to edit an event in CCB

The following steps will walk you through how to make changes for events already scheduled in CCB.

Log into CCB

Select the group and related calendar

Click on the event

Click "Manage Event"

Choose "Rooms & Resources" then "Request Rooms & Resources"

To remove the reserved room, click "delete room" below its box and click Save.

Add a new room by selecting and dragging from the list on the right.

Other edits (event time, set up/tear down times, etc.) can be made to your event by clicking "Event Actions"
