Statement on Racial Injustice

“Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause.” (Isaiah 1:17 ESV)

We have always sought to be a people ruled by God’s Word and by God’s grace. We see in Scripture that God commands His people to learn to do good, seek justice, and correct oppression. This is why our elders chose to speak into the racial injustices that have been happening to people of color in our country, city, and church.
