NW Meeting Room A/V Self-Serve

A/V Capabilities
On the second floor in the main building of the Northwest campus are two large meeting rooms and one large meeting room. Boulder is the large meeting room with Canyon and Cypress on each side of Boulder.
A/V capabilities are similar in each room with wall-mounted screens for presenting slideshows/videos. Boulder has an option of using a handheld or countryman wireless microphone.
Using the touch panel mounted on the wall:

Power on the system (“Audio” or “Audio/Visual”)

Choose input type (“HDMI”, “AirPlay”, or “ChromeCast”) - HDMI outlets are located at the front or back of the room in Boulder

Adjust volume for video and microphone on the touch panel. - Microphones are located in the prep room

Window covering in Boulder can be lowered or raised using the touch panel.

Active A/V in Boulder can be “streamed” into Canyon and Cypress.

When done, power off the system and close window shade.

- Boulder: up to 48 (possibly 54) at round tables.
- Canyon and Cypress: up to 36 at round tables

You might be wondering about the room names and where they originate. Boulder is the name of the side street at which the Northwest campus is situated. Cypress is derived from the original church plant name “Cypress Baptist Church.” Canyon is from the former church name at the current location “The Church at Canyon Creek” and from the neighborhood situated behind the campus.
