What Does For the Nations Do?
The pipeline that is outlined below shows how we think through the process of pursuing our strategy above. Additionally, we have centralized staff teams to support the process, as outlined below:

Helping long-term workers through expanding disciple-making capacities, while also exposing TAS attenders and partners to different cultures and peoples.
Long Term Mobilization
Training individuals potentially called to the nations in disciple-making and church planting practices, as well as affirming calling, qualification in character, and suitable field teams.
Field Office
Overseeing goers sent from The Austin Stone as an extension of eldership and acting as consultants in matters of Care, Coaching, and Crisis Management.
Goer Care and Church Integration
Providing transition care for stateside goers, and fostering campus and church involvement in support of those who are sent.
Central Support
Providing financial oversight, personnel management, communication support, and strategic leadership in For the Nations.
