Welcome to the Sunday Setup Team resources page! Here you will find helpful setup instructions (updated as needed) for things like the gym chairs, kids' classrooms, etc.

Sunday Setup Flow


6 AM- Team Arrival in the Competition Gym to immediately get started working on the mats.

6:10 AM- Team Huddle and Welcome. The setup team leader(s) will then divide the team into two teams for setup and the team will complete their setup tasks in the following order:


Note: 2 volunteers should break out from Team to help complete

8:15 AM- Setup is usually wrapped up around this time. Enjoy a taco, coffee, and team time in the volunteer/staff green room located to the left of the coffee station.

Gym Chairs Setup Instructions

Production Setup Instructions

  • This document is for the 2 assigned volunteers helping on the productions wires, etc.

NEW Indoor Ceiling Signage Instructions

  • This is located in the "Baby Cage" (see ref. photo below)

Outdoor A-frames and Flags Instructions

  • In order to access the keys for the golf carts, you must first grab the golf cart keys from the key box in the coffee station room. The box is located behind the coffee room door and the code is 313. Ensure that the keys are returned upon completion of setup. (see ref. photo below)
