Summer Rhythms:

Summer rhythms mean taking the setup/teardown wins where we can! Unique instructions for setup and teardown can be found below.

  • What can be left up? On 5/26/24, we can leave up the following:
    • Living Room Furniture and Connect Area Tables
    • Nursing Moms and Parents Room
    • Kids classrooms-oh yeah!!!
  • What needs to be torn down? On 5/26/24, we need to tear down the following:
    • Ceiling Signage Teardown- During the summer, we are able to leave our ceiling signage, banners, and backdrop up, with a few exceptions! Click here to review which ceiling signs need to be torn down and where they may be stored.
    • Production Cases & Stage Pieces- these may be stored against the wall in the Dance Hallway.
    • Mats-this can be stored in its normal location in the gym.
    • Outdoor Signage- please tear down outdoor signs and keep them on the golf carts in a tidily and weight-balanced manner. Don't forget to lock the pod and return the keys to the I.C!
    • Gym Elements (kind of):
      • During teardown, ensure that the blinds are rolled back up and the gym elements cart is stored in the nursing moms' room.
    • Green Rooms (kind of):
      • We may leave the green rooms set up, but it is the teardown staff member's responsibility to clean up trash and leave the green room ready for the Following Sunday. Don't forget to unplug the electric tea kettle!
    • Coffe Station- The coffee station will still need to be cleaned and tidied up. Proceed here as usual. Don't forget to turn the machine to day mode!
    • Bathrooms- Soaps and hand towels get expensive, so let's be good stewards of our bathroom supplies and tear them down as usual.
      • Soap Tip-Store the soaps at the top of the bins so that the hand pump doesn't accidentally get activated by the hand towels.
