The Austin Stone provides, for benefits eligible employees, coverage for the following through Symetra:

• Life insurance - 2 x annual salary (up to $200,000)
• Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage
• Short term disability (STD) and Long term disability (LTD) coverage
  • Disability insurance can provide a portion of the income you would lose if you became disabled and could not work.

Value-Add Benefits

• Employee Assistance (including will preparation) - Five confidential sessions with a counselor, financial planner, or lawyer each year
• Travel Assistance Program  - help finding physicians and facilities, medical transportation, emergency cash, replacement of medication and eye glasses, legal assistance, etc.
• Identity Theft Protection Program  - lost wallet assistance, credit information review, emergency cash, etc.
• Beneficiary Companion Program  - help with paperwork and time-consuming details when managing a loved one's affairs
