UKG App
You will need to download these 2 apps:
Android: UKG Pro and UKG Ready
Once they are downloaded, you can click on whichever app holds what information you are trying to access or task you are trying to complete. These are summarized above (under the photos) or below with instructions.
UKG Pro App: For Pay Statements, Director, and Benefits overview
Enter the Company Code 'Austinstone' in the access code box, then click continue.
You will then use the SSO button and select your Austin Stone Email.
Once logged in, you can view your pay statements, Org Chart, and any of your employment information.
UKG Ready: For Timesheets and Time Off Requests and Approvals
To view your Timesheet and Time Off or to approve your staff's timesheets and time off, open the UKG Ready app where you will need to use the SSO button again. Click SSO and enter your Austin Stone email. You will then be able to view and enter time on your timesheet and request time off similar to the web version. You can also approve your staff's timesheets and time off here.
