UKG: Desktop Login Help
Are you having trouble logging into UKG? Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot before reaching out to HR.
1. Check your URL
UKG does NOT require a username and password. We have set up the system so that you don't have to remember another password! Woohoo! 🎉
Be sure you are going to austinstone.ultipro.com. A list of your gmail accounts will pop up, and you will select your Austin Stone work email.
Please be aware: When you click on and open austinstone.ultipro.com, the URL changes to "https://nw17.ultipro.com." Therefore, you can't easily bookmark like normal. Take a look at #2 below to fix this.
2. Double check your Bookmark
Chrome: You can review and update a bookmark by clicking Bookmarks > Bookmark Manager at the top of your screen when you have Google Chrome open. Find the UKG bookmark within your list, then right click on the UKG bookmark to Edit. Enter austinstone.ultipro.com as the URL.
Safari: You can review and update a bookmark by clicking Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks at the top of your screen when you have Safari open. Find the UKG bookmark within your list, then right click on the UKG line to Edit Address. Enter austinstone.ultipro.com as the URL.
3. If you are receiving this error: "Could not determine CPI" on login, try completely clearing your browser cache and cookies. You will then want to close all windows and tabs, completely shut down the web browser and try re-opening.
4. If you are using the app, don't forget #1 above. You will select Corporate SSO, then select your email. The company code when requested is 'austinstone'
