The Church's Expense Reimbursement Program This is the church's accountable reimbursement policy that allows us to directly reimburse employees, tax free, for purchases made on behalf of the church. This document aims to explain what types of expenses the IRS considers eligible for reimbursement, and how to properly document an expense.
Expense F.A.Q. This is a live document with the church current spending practice. Refer to this document often, especially before making a new purchase to ensure it is eligible for reimbursements.

Use this form to request the setup of a new vendor.

Use this form to request an update to an existing vendor's name, address, bank account, etc.

Expense Coding Update Do you need to update the coding on a reimbursement or expense? This could be changing the fund, department, location, account, and/or project! Use this form.
New Project Code Request Use this form to request the creation of a new project code.

Use this form to update your expense reimbursement name or bank account.

Nexonia Access Request Use this form to request access to a fund(s), location(s), or department(s) in Nexonia.
Apply for Ministry Credit Card Use this form to apply for a new TAS Ministry Credit Card.

Registrations & Refunds

Form Description
Refund Request

Use this form to request a refund for a participant of a ministry event.

Please note: charitable contributions cannot be refunded.

New CCB Chart of Accounts Use this form to request a new Chart of Account in CCB to link to your CCB form(s) requiring payment.
Revenue Coding Update Do you need to update the coding on a registration? This could be changing the fund, department, location, account, and/or project! Use this form.
Cash for Resource or Merch Sales Use this form to request change for cash sales of resources or merchandise.

Customers & Invoicing

Form Description
New Customer Request Use this form to request the setup of a new customer.
Customer Invoice Request Use this form to request the invoicing of an external customer. Examples: asset sales, event rentals, seminary registrations, etc.


Budget & Martus

Form Description
Martus User Request Use this form to request the setup of a new Martus user.
Budget Change Requests (Cross-Org) Use this form to move budget dollars to another team for things like joint events, scholarships, etc.
Martus Access Request Use this form to request access to a fund, location, department, or project code in Martus.
